The property is incredibly beautiful, it has top-class and amazingly attentive staff with several staff members. The hotel's location is exceptionally nice, just off the areas of housekeeping and building maintenance as well as the Rivertown Crossings Mall on 44th, and the Zoo.

The hotel is fairly priced and boasts a fantastic location in Grand Rapids, right next to a local baseball tournament, the Tanger Outlet Mall, and a variety of attractions including breweries in Grand Rapids and the beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan.

The accommodation was perfectly clean. The staff were professional and helpful. The location is good, right next to the downtown area and Tanger Outlets.

The rooms here are really spacious and come equipped with a microwave and fridge - super convenient! 😊 Also, the free breakfast is amazing - they had yogurt, pastries, and sausage.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with a clean lobby and well-maintained rooms. The location was perfect for my needs, being very close to the downtown area and conveniently located in a quiet area of the building. The hotel facilities were great, with a fantastic pool and hot tub that I thoroughly enjoyed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the breakfast staff did a wonderful job of keeping everything stocked.

Couldn't find any faults at all. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

well this was our honey moon. Went straight from our wedding to here. The lady couldn't find our reservation at first. Then she charged us more than what the reservation said. She was very rude. Once we got to our room I realized it was the wrong room. So we had to get all our stuff and go back down stairs. She then proceeded to argue with us. Saying it was the right room. And I showed her my reservation. She told me she had no clue what a deluxe king suite was and that I was lying. I showed her other sites that said that title with the room I wanted.. and reserved. And she tried saying she didn't have one.. I was crying at this point. She goes.. well if I get fired you know why.. and gave us the room I actually reserved. She was horrible. We left Lowell around 1030 and didn't get international a room till almost 2 something in the morning. The next morning I wake up and go to the kitchen to get breakfast only to realize it's closed..I go back to my room.. all the clocks we're set wrong. It was a horrible time for our honeymoon. Horrible.
